arrive

Context

In 2018, ParkWhiz, a leading parking service provider, decided to rebrand itself as Arrive to better reflect its expanded vision and services. As the Lead Product Designer, I was tasked with spearheading this transformative project to elevate the company's identity and user experience. The rebranding process involved more than just a name change. It required a comprehensive overhaul of the user interface, ensuring that the new brand identity was seamlessly integrated across all digital platforms. I collaborated closely with the marketing and development teams to develop a cohesive brand strategy that resonated with both existing users and potential customers. My role included designing new app interfaces that were both visually appealing and highly functional. We focused on creating a user-first approach, enhancing usability, and streamlining the parking experience. This involved extensive user testing and iterative design processes to ensure that every aspect of the app met the highest standards of user satisfaction.
